[Ginrei] This banquet plan allows you to enjoy irori-yaki (grilled food over a hearth) featuring char from Minami Uonuma, which is in season from spring to summer, Shinshu beef, a brand of beef that Nagano Prefecture is proud of, and conger eel marinated in ishiru, a traditional seasoning from Ishikawa Prefecture.In addition, the menu includes nine dishes, including fresh sashimi made with fish delivered directly almost daily from various fishing ports in the Hokuriku region.
