[Wajo] This banquet plan allows you to enjoy grilled dishes such as Minamiuonuma trout, which is in season from spring to summer, Nagano Prefecture's proud brand of Shinshu beef, and red snow crab delivered directly from Shinminato Bay in Toyama Prefecture, all grilled over an open hearth.In addition, the menu consists of 10 dishes in total, including a simmered dish of firefly squid, which heralds the arrival of spring in Toyama Bay, and spring vegetables carefully selected by the head chef.
