[Shugyoku] This banquet plan allows you to enjoy grilled dishes made over a hearth, featuring high-grade fish from the Sea of Japan known as the "fatty tuna of white fish," Matsusaka beef, a leading brand of beef in Japan, red snow crab delivered directly from Shinminato Bay in Toyama Prefecture, and spiny lobster, a representative of high-end seafood.In addition, the menu consists of 10 dishes in total, including a simmered dish of firefly squid, which heralds the arrival of spring in Toyama Bay, and spring vegetables carefully selected by the head chef.
