This is a kaiseki plan unique to Irori Restaurant, where you can enjoy the seasonal flavors of Hokuriku Shinetsu grilled over binchotan charcoal.Enjoy dishes such as the Hakobune specialty "Iwana trout grilled over a hearth with natural salt" and "Shinshu Fukumi chicken grilled on a ceramic plate with hoba miso," all delivered directly from Niigata Prefecture.It can be used for a wide range of purposes, from drinking parties with friends to entertaining clients.
